[Toaster] 5748 versus 5691 "Task descriptions"

Hi Belen and Alex,

I find that Ravi's commit for 5748 works for me when I cherry-pick it into my installation.

However, even though I see from 5691 the added task descriptions in the "documentation.conf" file, the only descriptions in the actual Toaster database that I see are these:

  do_package_write
  do_package_write_deb
  do_package_write_ipk
  do_package_write_tar
  do_rootfs

When I find a task with one of the above names, the hover and help description works as advertised. The rest do not, because the database entries are not present and thus not found.

My repo is at 39846ddbce87d26eb68870914bf86a8ce5e86e5c "bitbake: data_smart: Fix caching issue for double remove references", and definitely includes 5691's commit c31a0459461cf8f2d0064f00abd27e3d3c76d7bb "documentation.conf: update task descriptions".

To see the existing task descriptions in the database via Toaster, I comment out the filter ".exclude(variable_name__istartswith='do_')" in the "configvars" class.
