[Toaster] Handling forms? (6040 'Implement "from ... to" option in the "Started on" and "Completed on" filters')

Hi Belen,

I can see how to implement the visual side of the feature 6040, but I cannot see how to capture the start and stop dates and pass them to the view class. I suspect that there is a javascript that converts form posts to 'reload_params' calls, but that is just a guess.

Can you tell me what catches and handles the forms, specifically the Filter forms?

Also, I observe that the filters for "yesterday" are incomplete in that their test also includes today's builds. That is something I can fix.
