[Toaster] [review-request] display task description

This is just Ravi's patch.

I saw your answer on Bugzilla. I still think we can manage bringing the
values from documentation.conf in a better way. You are right about the
overhead, yet I am still concerned about the filesystem dependency
introduced in Toaster.

I'm gonna look tomorrow in detail on optimizing how we bring everything in
documentation.conf through bitbake into toaster.
