[Toaster] Design - Showing builds started from the command line

We would like to fully integrate the two Toaster modes (analysis and
build) to ease maintenance, and to have a smarter Toaster that simply
adapts to whichever way users want to work. One of the things we need to
put this in place is a special project to store the information about
builds started from CLI. I've put together how that 'special project'
should be presented in the Toaster interface.
