[Toaster] Toaster weekly call Jan 14th - meeting notes

WEEKLY UPDATE

Alex: worked on the all builds page and a couple of bugs about builds and
performance.

Michael: worked on the pending items for the layer details page. The
majority are in and additional items will go as separate bugs. Might have
other things to work on next week

Mihail: looking into latest patches. Hoping to have new pages scanned by
Friday. 

Paul: nothing to report, but someone is working on the ability to add
layers form the layer index using a command line tool using Alex's API.

Belén: catching up with what's going on after a long holiday

David: will be pushing something for 6588 later today for review. He also
has 6589 assigned, which Alex will take.

OPENS

M2: The cut off date for M2 was earlier this week, so we might not get
anything else in. We'll submit as much stuff as possible, and see what
gets merged. We'll then review the state of Toaster upstream and decide if
we enable the managed mode or wait for a bit longer.
