[Toaster] Design - adding documentation for sorting typeahead and tables (7152)

Hi,

A design documentation regarding the Bugzilla entry (7152<https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7152>) has been added.
It pretty much describes how Toaster must sort and show the Typeahead suggestions and the Table results after performing a search.
