[Toaster] Weekly Toaster Call notes - Wednesday, July 22nd, 2015

And of course I forgot to review the ARs from the previous meeting during
the Toaster call today. There were 2 pending things, both for Alex:

1. Review the Toaster wiki page and identify was still useful and what¹s
obsolete. 
2. Document how to submit patches to bitbake-devel in the wiki, and how to
send patches to prior releases


Alex, could you let us know what's the state of the 2 things you have a
chance?
