[Toaster] Toaster Minutes 6/17/15

Updates:
David R. - Still working on 7154 and 7334 - Not much toaster. - Made ELCE submission.
Alex - Working on manage mode and then will submit the patches.  This will make the code much simpler.  - Made ELCE submission.
Michael - Finishing up Error Reporting Tool.  Submitted for review a proposal for splitting ODM into modules.  Restoring filters.
Mihail - Reviewing test cases from Wind River and will begin work on merging the test cases.
Tiago - Working with Alex D and documenting structure of Toaster.
Stephen - Working on YP and MinnowBoard project management.
Victor - Working with Tiago on the user interfaces and bootstrap with Michael.

Opens:
David R. - Need to review Belen's e-mails and comment on them.
