[Toaster] builds interface and Jenkins/Buildbot integration

Hi,

I was thinking about how Jenkins/Buildbot integration would affect the UI
related to builds.

It seems to me that we need:
- the ability to schedule an automated build on certain conditions: either
at a specific time (e.g. daily at 12AM), or on upstream changes; and the
ability to cancel a scheduled build
- a way to distinguish in the interface builds that were executed because
the user pressed the Build button, or because they were triggered
automatically by the automated systems in Jenkins/Buildbot.

In this context, builds executed in interactive mode would appear just as
builds triggered externally, keeping the interface consistent between
interactive and hosted modes.

This is just food for thought, no action required.
