[Toaster] [review-request] adamian/tts_import

After discussing the issue with Richard, we concluded that the TTS needs to
live inside toaster.

This is the patch importing (squashed, without history) TTS in bitbake.
NOTE: this includes the selenium tests developed by the QA team.


After the merge happens, all TTS development will be based on this branch.
