[Toaster] parsing patch

Hi,

This patch makes the parseStarted ( and parse progrssing and parse
ended) events show up for toaster.

You will probably want to remove the FROGGY lines I used to make sure
it worked; but I tested it with Ed's 8279_v4 branch with both cli and
managed and I got FROGGY parseStarted logs for both :)


Even for the case where I did a managed build of "badcow" where it
should have shown the build based on getting a parsestarted event, it
didn't behave properly.  Once we get the 8279 patch completely fixed
up it would be gr8 if we could use the Parse events to note in the ui
where we are and to be able to notice the builds that fail on parse.
we can probably also use this approach (maybe we will need to add
something to my eventlist, I'll look later) to deal with
sstate/setscene only builds.
