[Toaster] Changes to the Toaster manual

Hi,

I made the small re-write in section 2.1 where we tell the user to get
their build system in order.  Note that re-ordered the sections in the
paragraph to match the order used in the Quick Start.  You can see the

This brings the published 2.0 manual up-to-date regarding all the comments
I have received thus far.  We just have the outstanding issues I noted in
the thread this morning.
