toaster: Changes to navigation

The structure of our projects, which are broken down into builds and
configuration, makes our breadcrumbs a bit confusing: it is hard to
determine where the project name in the breadcrumb should go (builds or
configuration). This patch provides a solution to the problem by splitting
out the project name in the breadcrumb, making it not clickable, and
showing 'builds' or 'configuration' as appropriate.


This effectively reflects the real structure of Toaster, where the project
configuration page is a parent of the compatible metadata pages (recipes,
layers and machines) and the BitBake variables page. The patch changes the
left navigation in the project configuration to reflect this hierarchical
relationship. Finally, it also changes the left navigation in the build
history pages to bring it in line with the project configuration.

I hope this will make moving around Toaster a bit more straightforward.
