[Toaster] Reminder: Toaster Weekly Meeting

I have a few opens for today:

* 8230: issues with Toaster and the Autobuilder. Is there anything we can
do to help? Do we ask someone else to help? Do we take that Toaster
instance down?
* 8220: blacklist or not blacklist...  It would be good to get some
agreement on how to move with this one
* 8240: Toaster not building on current master
