[Toaster] Toaster Minutes 9/16/15

Attendees: Elliot, Mihail, Stephen, Victor, David, Belén, Paul, Michael, Brian, Sujith,


Updates:

David: Reviewed on 8126 and still working on 8186 and the toaster demo for ELCE.

Belén:  Working on Sujith's configuration issues and Michael's issues with layer matching.  They appear to be connected.

Michael: Working on match layers to existing layers in the buildinfo helper; not working right now.  Still working on open-embedded layer duplication issues: there is an RFC patch out on the mailing list. Working some build bugs.

Elliot: Working on a patch which has been reviewed and uploaded. Also readying for release for another patch.  Working 8280 now.

Brian: Worked on a bug or two; reviewed some patches and upstreamed them.

Paul: Will do dev day demos.

Victor: Doing css based bootstrap components for release to Michael. Moving to test the css.

Sujith: Working on configuration files with Brian. Encountered a problem with data collection: the package information for builds recorded by Toaster is incorrect.

Mihail: On vacation and now working on M3 QA.

Stephen: Working on YP and MinnowBoard project management.

Opens:

Mihail: Do we need to test HOB?  Yes, since that that hasn't been duplicated in toaster yet.

Belén: Zou Ke's patch to toaster mailing list for backend automated tests. Belén forwarded email to Mihail, who will look into it.

Michael: Build info helper? - This wants to reconstruct the directory for get. This doesn't seem to make sense to do it this way.

Brian - Discussed work with Sujith.  Good progress is being made.

Michael is working to prepare a branch for Brian to merge.


AR's:

Brian - Find someone to handle the demo for the beginner class at Dev Day. (Paul - Done)

Brian - Ambush Michael about Patchwork. (In Process)

Brian - Review with Richard what level of changes can be moved into 2.0. (Done)

Brian - Review bugs for 2.0 which might need to move to 2.1. (Done)

Belén - Triage bug 7329. (Done)

Belén - Make video for ELCE booth

David - Tell the people manning the booth that there will be a Toaster video available
Sujith - Upload his branch to poky-contrib (Done)
