[Toaster] [review-request]New UI automated tests

Hello,

We've finally finished automating the remaining toaster UI manual tests. You can find our code here:

Please note that there are 2 commits, the first one removes the old, deprecated backend tests, and the second, signed by all 3 of us that worked on this, containing all the new automated tests.

Please let us know if anything needs to be changed.
