Updates:

Josh: no toaster this week
Belén: not much either.   working on huge pr sent in. and working with
sujith non git layers

Michael: big pr.  also buildinfohelper fixes on git based assumptions on
that.

Sujith: waiting for changes to get upstreamed

Elliot: on holiday, bit of work on build objects to be always available and
setup guards for fxns that use it.
Libby - selenium automating project page tests  #9660

Ed: started on #9869 - per target manifest of files.
Brian: worked on #9992

David : no toaster this week
