[Toaster] Issue on Michael's branch

I spotted an issue while testing Michael's branch (which includes the work
I did to ensure that a Build object is always available to buildinfohelper).

If a build is cancelled, I see a phantom command line build appear in the
all builds page. There is some condition where the build is cancelled and
the Build object reset in buildinfohelper, but events still occur
afterwards. Because I always ensure a Build object is available, we create
a phantom build to attach the left-over events to, which then shows up in
all builds.

I'll have a look at this tomorrow, but we shouldn't merge the branch until
this is fixed in my opinion.
