[Toaster] Toaster Weekly Meeting Minutes 07/20/16

Attendees:  michael ed belen sujith,elliot, brian, libby

*Updates*:

Libby: bug verification for toaster, bitbake, et all

Michael: on holiday, not much this week. fixed toaster next, and fixed some
issues on the database cleanup branch, looked at Sujith’s non git layer
patch.

Elliot: reviewed Michaels db branch,reviewed Anibals patches for selenium
(upstreamed), wrote some selenium tests for 9631 (progress bar), 9675 (CI
page spinner) revisited needs more work, 9833 (no hide all columns), 9836
(revert to default sort) , 9837 (download url for task logs was broken),
got big artifacts branch merged into upstream.

Brian: reviewed and upstreamed Elliot’s artifacts branch, wrote up some
howto’s for mailing list issues with patches.

Ed: nothing for toaster this week

Belén:  Reviewed Elliot’s new patches, working on designs for delete
functionality (6238,8132)

Sujith: first set of patches for non git layers 9111 sent to list , how to
test it also on list.

AR: Brian - Report on Henry workflow documents. (In Process) — Henry back
have starting version. Needs to review & send to list.

AR: Brian- Finish Verifying Ed’s production instrucitons.

AR: Michael - Waiting for main site addition and will  follow up with email
for patchwork/Travis setup.  This should be up by next week according to MH.

AR: Michael/Elliot: Track down the missing marionette patches on the
bitbake ml and respond to ecnourage uptake.

AR: Brian, verify working version combinations for selenium tests and add
to wiki

Opens:

Languishing patches:  Using the Elliot method, thanks :). Agreement: If a
patch has remained on the Toaster list for a week or more, reply to the
meeting reminder notice with the pipermail and branch ptr and we’ll make it
an AR for someone to review so the patches don’t get left behind or
forgotten (Ohana).
