Updates:

Joshua: No update

Libby: Finished YP 2.0.2 testing.

Sujith: Worked on 9598.

David: No updates

Belen: Michael merged the bootstrap v3 updates.  Also merged the main tables into master.  Still have one big drop for remaining toaster tables update so, holding other updates until these are done.   Will also work python v3 updates after this.

Brian: Looking at virtual environments for python v3 updates.

Ed: Working Python 3 updates.
