Updates:

Joshua: No updates

Elliot: Working on 8556.  Working to reproduce a sporadic stack error.  Looking at 9687.  Upgraded OS on laptop.

Libby: Worked on testing master branch testing after the python 3 upgrade.

Michael: Working on bootstrap 3 and patches for M1 release.  Working to fix selenium testing. Moving this week to new office.

Ed: working on 9585; nearly fixed.

Sujith: No much this last week.

David: Vacation.

Opens:
Michael - The python 3 and bootstrap 3 patches status.  They are in master.  Richard has merged most of them.
