This branch (whose patch file has lines longer than 998 characters so
it was rejected) removes a file that is not used afaik but it does
have a reference to bootstrapv2 which we are no longer supporting.
The branch removes it and is against master (not toaster-next) since
it is standalone and I hope it can make it into m1.
