[Toaster] Review required for SSTATE_MIRRORS

Hi,

I have removed SSTATE_MIRRORS from the black list and top 2 patches from my
branch:
http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky-contrib/log/?h=sujith/remove-sstate-mirrors-restricted-list-9598
needs review. I couldn't verify SSTATE_MIRRORS because I am not aware about
to which mirror I should point to test it. If any pointers can be shared I
can do that and update here.
