[Toaster] [PATCH 10/10] toaster-manual: add OpenSUSE to the list of distros

Updated instructions of restarting apache. As OpenSUSE way
of restarting apache is the same as Ubuntu and Debian it's
enough to just add OpenSUSE to the list of distros.
