[Toaster] Changes to design for 9154?

Hi,
For https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9154 both the referenced:
     https://www.yoctoproject.org/toaster/custom-image-details-all.html 
and the attached: 
     https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/attachment.cgi?id=3000 show
include a span that shows 
     ? Packages included(112)   ? All packages(5689)

Since the implementation for customimage pacakges doesn't include those 2 buttons, I'm assuming I should not add them back into the "No packages found"  page.  Correct?
