Updates:

Sujith: Re-posted patch on custom scripts, working on non-git layers

Michael: master branch integration, Layer Index fixe, complex issue with unidentified layer (#10220)

Brian: Reviewed patches, patch for Selenium container

David: filed defects and enhancements based on Toaster commercialization work, will post patches


AR's:
  * Triaged 2.3 bugs for milestones

OPEN's:

* Bug 10492 - [Test Case 1398] Build log cannot be downloaded
   Triage?

* Bug 9918 - Use bitbakes fetcher code to grab layers, do checkouts, etc
   Level of "Medium+" not consistent with "Future"

* Needs to be broken up               8190
   Split resolved part from open part.

* Needs to be broken up               9916
   Estimated at 6 days, ideally broken up.
