[Toaster] updating recipes warnings

Hmm, this would indicate to me an issue with one of the upstream layers.

I  just did a pull from master and restarted Toaster without a database, and I did not get the error. It may be that an upstream layer was in transition.

If you can reproduce the error, let me know your steps and I can try again.
