[yocto-ab] YP Advisory Board: carrier grade layer

Hi all

Enea has proposed a discussion on creating an official CGL layer in
the Yocto Project. This is a general call to discussion. I'd like to
call a meeting on Friday of next week, or possibly early the following
week, in preparation for our regular meeting at ELC. If you are
interested and would like to participate, please let me know and I'll
invite you to the initial call.
