[Yocto-builds] buildbot failure in Yocto on nightly-x86-64

Blame Saul for these failures, I enabled Eglibc 2.16 and there seems to 
be a locale issue that I will dig into tomorrow also, I forwarded this 
to Khem.

All builds are failing, I have seen one other issue with perf (ppc - mpc 
build), maybe eglibc related, need to look deeper.
