[Yocto-builds] buildbot failure in Yocto on nightly

This latest MUT build set seems to have had 2 issues, one is from the 
connman update and was being looked into last week by Ross and Andrei, 
initially we thought it was just a problem on MIPS, but now seems to 
fail to start across the board.

The second issue is building rootfs, specifically the LSB images where a 
move is failing due to too long of an argument line.  Paul was looking 
into this last week.
