[Yocto-builds] buildbot failure in Yocto on nightly-tiny

switched over to EGLIBC 2.16 and it seems to fail building 
eglib-initial, so all builds will fail right now, I will restart the 
build of MUT without eglibc 2.16 enabled to check other chanages

Khem, could you look at this, maybe something needs rebasing?
