[Yocto-builds] buildbot failure in Yocto on nightly-tiny

I restarted the MUT build without Paul's change since that was clearly 
broken somehow.  Not sure what happened.

I also updated the bug to be assigned to Paul.

Also, do we want to be filing bugs for MUT related failures?  I am not sure.
