This failure is due to adding a LICENSE_FLAGS of commercial to the 
gst-ffmpeg recipe.  I thought that this was addressed in the 
gst-va-intel-video, but it looks like the gst-va-intel recipe also needs 
a wrapper around the RDEPENDS for gst-ffmpeg.
