[yocto] 1.3 M3 RC1 weekly test report

Hello

Here are the test results for 1.3 M3 RC1 weekly test report:

The fri2 and n-450 images could not be tested due to image issues (one image was not available and the other one was not built correctly). There are toolchain issues in HOB, ADT and Core Build Systems parts. A common bug on all the BSP and on ADT is the Sudoku-savant issue.

The commit used was: 3309cf42d314f0a26079a11836c6b9b9bb5f253e
For meta-intel the commit was: 62d42fe3cfa575cb97b484ccf7b2e9a25cc50770

Critical bugs, more than 50% test cases are blocked

Only Normal, Minor or Enhancement bugs, or less than 10% test cases failed

Normal, Major and Critical bugs, and more than 10% test cases failed
