[yocto] ref manual: what means "package_deploy-rpm"?

  too tired to go track this down so i'll beg for an explanation --
section 4.3.4.2 in ref manual:

"The result of the change should be that all the package,
package_write_rpm, and package_deploy-rpm shared state cache items
would become invalid."

  "package_deploy-rpm"?
