[yocto] Bitbake Commander Content Assist on bbappend files

I got a ping back from someone else who has the same problem. I am including Jessica Zhang, who is maintaining the yocto eclipse plugin.

Here is more information about the versions that I am using:

Eclipse Kepler
Bitbake Commander Plugin 1.4.0.201310120527

Hover content assist works for me with .bb files, but not .bbappend files under Eclipse with bitbake commander plugin. Should it?
