[yocto] should the MPC8315E-RDB be listed at YP BSPs page?

  just noticed that while that PPC reference board is described here:

  https://www.yoctoproject.org/downloads/bsps/krogoth21/mpc8315e-rdb

it's not mentioned at the more general YP BSPs page here:

  https://www.yoctoproject.org/downloads/bsps

under "Latest".  is it not still the current PowerPC reference board?
or how does one interpret that? thanks.
