[meta-ti] libtool-cross_2.4.6.bb configure failure

PATH=$HOME/gcc-linaro-4.9-2015.05-x86_64_arm-linux-gnueabihf/bin:$PATH

This allows the configure now the build is proceeding. Sorry i did not know
the switch to 2015.05.
