Not sure which of the 20 layers that you use changes this, but the recipe is 
not compatible with pandaboard and the proper output should be:

ERROR: Nothing PROVIDES 'ti-sgx-ddk-um'
ti-sgx-ddk-um was skipped: incompatible with machine pandaboard (not in COMPATIBLE_MACHINE)
