[meta-xilinx] should elvis' meta-xilinx layer be synced with poky right now?

Hi Robert,
                    I've updated the master and master-xilinx-zc702-gcc-4.7 branches, so that it will build with the latest poky master as of today.

I've built and tested using the Xilinx ISE PlanAhead 14.5 tool chain.

Choose the appropriate TRD while building. I've tested this with the Zynq Base TRD as described here

Don't forget to use the appropriate devicetree file to enable the various peripherals (HDMI, etc) for the board. The default one generated from the yocto build process will only enable the console one, with no HDMI, but if you need to use HDMI, either use a pre-compiled binary or specify the appropriate devicetree file (*.dts) in the kernel recipe to build as part of the build process.
