[meta-xilinx] should elvis' meta-xilinx layer be synced with poky right now?

just to be clear, i have a zedboard while your layer doesn't
specifically define a zedboard machine, but i should still be able to
build a perfectly compatible u-boot i can bring up, i think i can just
use a zynq-7-zc702 machine for that, yes?
