[meta-xilinx] unable to build meta-xilinx.

Thanks Philip,

I downloaded the meta-zynq layer instead and followed the steps there.
I am still not sure how to use the meta-xilinx layer i.e. the MACHINE?= for
zynq zc702 (will look into this later this week)

Also, can u point me towards few cmake project layers, i am trying to build
one for Point Cloud Library (finally !!).
