Hi Philip,

It appears there is a difference between early and later revisions of the ZedBoard, seems to be different between the revs B and C. Rev B (which is what I have been testing with) has the phy configured to respond with phy address 7, Rev C and newer appear to have changed to using 0 (not 100% sure on that though as I don't have access to the Marvell Datasheet).

I have applied your change such that phy address 0 is used (also fixed up the @0 and the compat string). I have applied to both the dora and master branches.
