[meta-xilinx] meta-xilinx: Dizzy Branch

Hi All,

The dizzy branch in meta-xilinx has been created for the 1.7 release of Yocto/OE.

This version of the meta-xilinx layer contains the following significant features:
 * Updated to support Yocto/OE 1.7
 * Support for the linux-yocto configuration fragment flow (with both linux-xlnx and linux-yocto)
 * Improved support for linux-yocto kernels (added support for linux-yocto 3.17)
 * Separation of the device-tree building from the kernel recipe (see 'device-tree' recipe)
 * Building of u-boot-spl and BOOT.BIN for the ZC702 and ZedBoard

As usual the layer can be obtained via either of the git repositories at:
