I've been working long hours on getting the new hardware to run, so I 
probably messed up things in the repos for other machines and setups.

I plan to clean it all up next week, which will also move the other 
boards ahead to using the u-boot-spl bootloader.

The ADI reference designs that are being used to fill the PL are still 
using ISE, so that's why it defaults to that.

I've had problems with the 2013.4 tools not generating valid bootloader 
information (I've opened a webcase at Xilinx for that), resulting in 
FSBL and SPL loaders that won't work unless you import the Zynq settings 
from an XPS project, so I'm actually still using the ISE 14.6 tools to 
generate that part.
