[meta-xilinx] microZed using meta-topic

There's no micro-zed in the meta-topic layer, but it should not be hard 
to add it.

Copy or create a microzed.conf in the conf/machine directory so you can 
say "MACHINE=microzed".

Create an FPGA design and put it in a repository somewhere. Use this as 
"provider" for virtual/xilinx-sdk which is used to build the bootloader.

Configure the kernel.

That's about it...
