Mike,
I am going to look at this sometime this week.
I haven't dropped off the map, was just taking a slight b!T@# slap for not
getting the documentation done on setting up the zedboard...I was supposed to
do that before jumping into the microZed...:-/
I think the client is happy now and hoping to look at this microZed build
again this week.
I'll be investigating what you mention below, ezynq, and the meta-xilinx layer.
