[meta-xilinx] Bitstream/Boot.bin/etc - Providers/Virtual targets

Could you try this image -
https://sourceforge.net/p/elphel/ezynq/ci/master/tree/images/zc706/ ?
Works on the zc706 rev1.1, the jumper settings are the same as yours -
00110, uart is via mini usb cable.
