[meta-xilinx] Attempting to follow U-boot changes in 2015.07

I was attempting to upgrade our bootloader by merging in the latest (based on 
2015.07 u-boot) master-next from the xilinx repo.

After adapting the stuff needed for the board definition (lots of Kconfig 
files and so moved to different locations), I got it to compile again. 
Strangely, the SPL loader runs fine, and it apparently reads the u-boot.img 
from SD card for the next stage. So the ps7_init data was correctly programmed 
(and hasn't changed) so the serial output and SD card run okay.

But when SPL "jumps" to the "big" u-boot, it just reboots immediately and 
jumps back to the SPL loader, looping that way until the power switch puts it 
out of its misery.

Anyone have any idea what critical step I missed here that might explain such 
behaviour?
