[meta-xilinx] u-boot Commit 81ec69066b270c62a6468662314728cc8b7008f9 breaks SPL

I was upgrading u-boot to the master-next state. However, ran into a major 
problem with this commit:

spi: zynq_qspi: Move the zynq qspi driver to driver model

This commit destroys the SPL support for QSPI, and put an "#if 0" around the 
SPL QSPI defines. (And to make things more confusing, it left the remark that 
"qpsi works fine" intact.)

This means that QSPI booting is impossible with the current master-next. The 
"#if 0" suggests that this is temporary, so are there any plans to fix this?
